They literally let homeless people inside the gym to take showers where they don't even bother to cover themselves so some. I brought up the issue to the manager and it seems he already knows about it but doesn't care. They charge 84.99 yearly but monthly 34.99? , so ridiculous. I tried cancelling with them and their late cancel is 15 and then they charge me another 10 dollars while charging me monthly and still charging me despite already cancelling with them. Don't become a member here if you don't want your money stolen from you.

I could've sworn this gym is 24 hours Monday through Friday, showed up Thursday at 4 am and they were closed! Listen up management, it's not the client's fault you all don't know how to do your job and schedule people accordingly. Also, as MANAGEMENT it's YOUR job to come in and cover a shift if an employee can't make it in. The District Manager needs to get this place under control, this isn't the first time. On top of the horrible scheduling by management, one associate left an elderly man in the restroom ALL NIGHT LONG after they closed for the night. shame on you crunch!! Stop hiring kids and do your job!!!

Casey the manager should absolutely be fired. She was so rude and because of her I plan on never ever returning here because she gave me a horrible experience. She was very racist towards me and my friend, it was easily seen by others around us as well. Horrible attitude, very unclassy!!!

This Gym is sketchy . DO NOT SIGN UP HERE . All the managers are under 23 and they don’t tell you about the hidden fees when signing up and canceling.. I only sign for temporary membership while I was in town for 4 weeks. Worst gym and experience ever .. The place is kept nasty and no one cleans at this gym.

Was told I Had to cancel in person despite living nowhere near Lakewood, told me to email management . I did and no reply, I tried to cancel a month ago and have been charged $50+ despite following their orders.

I am utterly disappointed at the cancellation process. I have been an active and loyal member at this location for over a year. I just recently lost my job and unable to continue my membership. Management is unable to cancel memberships and I was told to speak to their third party billing company. The third party billing company tells me I can only cancel with management. There is a disconnect somewhere and in the meantime I continue to accrue past due payments and late fees. This does not make sense. No one can assist me. This is not the proper way to treat good standing patrons and long time supporters of the community. Very poor customer service standards and extremely dissatisfied with the communication and handling of procedures.

DO NOT SIGN UP TO CRUNCH. They are sketchy and will steal your money. Years ago I cancelled MY subscription and upgraded so I could bring in guest. I ended up canceling and was still charged for years because they simply opened two accounts for me instead of upgrading me so when I cancelled my account I still had a second one active. Crunch of course does not want to take responsibility so I will be speaking with my bank to see how to get this money back. If I have to sue I will. It’s not even about the money at this point just the principle of it. My friend has had a similar experience with crunch.

Friendly staff and management. Also this particular club has some of the unorthodox equipment I have not found in other Crunch fitness Centers. Including a variety of CrossFit equipment. The one downfall is the absence of a decline abb bench.

They send out fake invoices and say you owe money, even if you've only been there ONE TIME visiting and belonged to another crunch. They are calling me , emailing and texting me all day trying to trick me into giving them money..pathetic attempt for money grab.
